This page explains at a high level how information is handled when you use Relaio Finance, including the marketing website at finance.relaio.io and the application at app.relaio.io.
Information we process
Depending on the features you use, the service may process account information, workspace and business data, invoices, customers, transactions, uploaded documents, integration data, usage information, device information and support communications.
How information is used
Information is used to provide and secure the service, operate requested integrations and automations, process billing, improve product reliability, provide support, prevent abuse and comply with applicable legal obligations.
Connected services
When you connect a third-party service, we access only the permissions required for the features you enable. Data received through connected services is used to provide those requested features and is not sold for advertising purposes.
AI features
Some product features use AI providers to process information needed to answer questions or perform requested finance workflows. Access is scoped to the data and permissions available to the relevant workspace. AI-generated output should be reviewed before relying on it for financial, tax or legal decisions.
Data sharing
Information may be shared with infrastructure, payments, communications, analytics, security and AI service providers when necessary to operate the service. We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect users or the service, or as part of a business transaction subject to appropriate safeguards.
Security and retention
We use technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect service data. Information is retained only for as long as reasonably required for service delivery, security, contractual, accounting and legal purposes, subject to applicable requirements and workspace settings.
Your choices
You may be able to update account information, disconnect integrations, export or remove certain workspace data, or request assistance with privacy-related questions. Some records may need to be retained where required for security, billing or legal compliance.
Changes
This notice may be updated as the product, providers or applicable requirements change. Material updates will be reflected on this page with a revised effective date.
