Terms of Service

These terms apply to your use of Relaio Finance, including the application and related website features made available under the current Relaio domains.
Using the service
You must provide accurate account information, keep access credentials secure and use the service only for lawful business purposes. You are responsible for activity performed through your account and workspace unless applicable law provides otherwise.
Your data and content
You retain responsibility for the business data and content you submit to the service. You authorize the service to process that information as necessary to provide requested features, connected integrations, automation, storage, support and security functions.
Financial and AI information
The service may provide automated summaries, classifications, calculations or AI-generated assistance. These features are intended to support business workflows and are not a substitute for professional accounting, tax, legal, investment or other regulated advice. You remain responsible for reviewing outputs and decisions made using them.
Subscriptions and payments
Paid plans, usage limits, billing cycles, taxes, payment methods and renewal terms are shown during purchase or in your workspace. Unless a different arrangement is agreed in writing, recurring plans may renew automatically until cancelled in accordance with the billing settings made available to you.
Third-party services
Some features depend on third-party providers such as payment processors, banks, email services, cloud infrastructure or AI providers. Their availability and terms may change independently, and your use of those services may also be governed by their own terms and policies.
Acceptable use
You may not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with security or availability, upload malicious content, use the service to violate applicable law, or use another person's data without the rights or permissions required to do so.
Availability and changes
We may improve, modify, suspend or discontinue features as the product evolves. We aim to operate the service reliably, but uninterrupted or error-free availability is not guaranteed. Beta, preview or experimental features may change more frequently.
Account suspension or termination
Access may be limited or suspended where reasonably necessary for security, non-payment, legal compliance, abuse prevention or a material breach of these terms. You may stop using the service and, where supported, cancel your subscription from your account or billing settings.
Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided without guarantees beyond those expressly agreed, and liability is limited as permitted by law. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
Changes to these terms
These terms may be updated as the product, commercial model or applicable requirements change. Material updates will be reflected on this page with a revised effective date.
